Two days with AJ Hazzi. Day one: sharpen the craft and reprice your value. Day two: the $10M blueprint AJ used to build — and step out of — his own brokerage.
Now in its 4th year — sold out three years running
Two days in Kelowna with AJ Hazzi — the agent who scaled $500K to $10M GCI, then built the systems that let it run without him. Day one is the shift. Day two is the blueprint.
No motivation theatre. Just the real systems behind elite agents and a $10M business.
Day 2 is for team leaders and owners doing $500K+ GCI, ready to build a $10M machine — not a busier calendar.
GCI business, built from scratch in Kelowna
Homes sold across his career
Five-star reviews across Canada, the USA & Mexico
Year running — and every prior year has sold out
Day 1 is for every serious agent leveling up — most are ~$100K–$500K GCI. Day 2 is for the few at ~$500K+ building the business behind the brand.
Day 1 is a complete, stand-alone training. You'll leave with a full implementation plan whether or not you ever do Day 2.
Get Day 1 AccessThe "by lunch" guarantee: if you're not getting multiples of your ticket back in actionable value by noon, visit the desk and we'll buy your seat back. No drama.
Day 2 is intentionally small. One per market — when yours is gone, it's gone. Once an operator from your market claims their seat, that market is closed for 2026.
The first day sharpens the craft. The second builds the business. Most of the room goes home elite agents — a smaller group stays.
Show up to Day 1. If by lunch you're not convinced you'll make your ticket back many times over, just tell us at the desk — we'll refund every dollar on the spot, and you keep everything you've learned. The only real risk is not being in the room.
— AJ Hazzi
If you're already doing ~$500K+ GCI, Day 2 is where you stop thinking like an agent and start operating like an owner.
AJ started in real estate in 2002 — 19 years old, no network, in the wake of the dot-com crash — and became a top 1% agent. At 25 he opened his own brokerage, the same month the 2008 crisis hit.
What he built wasn't just a sales team. It was a system: 4,000+ homes sold, 1,000+ five-star reviews, and ~$1B in assets overseen through his investment partnerships — a $10M GCI business run by a small team of A-players, so systemized he's run it from abroad up to six months a year for the past decade.
Elite Mastermind is where AJ takes the model behind those numbers and hands you the operator playbook.
From last year's room
Late September is the Okanagan at its best — wine country in its shoulder season, the lake still warm, the crowds gone home.
Fly into Kelowna (YLW), settle in, and make the trip more than two days in a room. We'll share a list of where to stay and where to eat once you're registered.
Everything you need before you claim your seat. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll talk.
September 20–21, 2026, in Kelowna, BC. Day 1 (The Elite Agent) runs Saturday; Day 2 (The Builder) runs Sunday. Venue details are shared on registration.
If you're between roughly $50K and $500K GCI and serious about becoming the obvious choice in your market, Day 1 is for you. Newer agents use it to stop guessing and copy what top producers do. Established agents use it to install the Elite Agent Model so they can realistically double their commission income.
Team leaders, brokerage owners, and the rare solo operator who's stopped thinking like an agent and started building a business. It's capped at 12 people — one per market. Minimum: roughly $500K GCI or equivalent team production. If you're not there yet, Day 1 is the right room for now.
Day 1 makes you an elite agent — AJ's Elite Agent Model for doubling your commission income: Daily Demand, Clean Conversion, and Premium Positioning. Day 2 shows you how to build an elite business — the closed-door $10M blueprint. Day 1 sharpens what you do; Day 2 changes what you're building. You'll get multiples of your Day 1 ticket in value even if you never apply for Day 2.
BC agents: Day 1 includes 6 PDP credits toward your annual requirement.
A single credit course typically runs $150–200 — so Day 1 gives you the credits, a $3,000 course, and a full day with an elite operator for about the price of one ordinary course. Out-of-province agents still get the full day; the credit value is specific to BC licensing.
Day 2 is limited to 12 operators, and only one per market is admitted. Once someone from your market claims their seat, that market is closed for 2026 — so the person across town can't be in the room hearing the same blueprint you are.
This is an in-person, in-the-room experience by design. Recording details, if any, are shared with registered attendees.
Yes for Day 1 — each attendee needs their own ticket. Day 2 seats are individual and market-exclusive; reach out if you want to discuss bringing a partner.
Day 1 is covered by our "by lunch" guarantee — if you're not blown away by noon, visit the desk and we'll refund your ticket. Tickets are also transferable; full refund terms are shared at checkout, and our team is happy to help any time.
One per market. When yours is gone, it's gone.
